July 3-4, 2005 Susan, Bruce, Jake the dog and Diane 7/4/05 Susan, Bruce and Jake the Dog came to visit Diane at her place on July 3-4, 2005. We had a wonderful dinner on the porch on the evening of the 3rd and experienced one of the most beautiful evenings any of us have ever had. The evening sunset was a gorgeous red, white and blue (and yellow...). The weather was absolutely perfect and the fireworks in the distance were perfectly enhanced by the thousands of fireflies providing their own light show in the foreground.
